By downloading or using Beyond Today, you agree to these Terms of Service and any updates published on this page. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Description of Service

Beyond Today is a mobile app for managing digital legacy planning, encrypted documents, password vaults, trusted contacts, and final wishes. Firestore, Storage, and Authentication via Firebase ensure your encrypted data stays synchronized across devices.

User Accounts

Creating an account requires a verified email. You are responsible for maintaining secure credentials. Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access so we can take remediating steps.

Subscription Plans & Pricing

Beyond Today offers plans in AUD only:

All subscription management and billing is handled via Apple’s App Store interface. All payments and subscriptions are processed securely through Apple In-App Purchases.

Free Trials

Monthly and annual plans include a 7-day free trial. The trial begins at the time of purchase and converts to the selected subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.

Auto-Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled. Auto-renewal settings are controlled through your Apple ID account.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations and refunds are managed by Apple. Please visit your Apple ID subscription settings to make changes or request refunds; we do not process payment details ourselves.

Lifetime Access Terms

Lifetime access grants you the full premium experience indefinitely. The one-time payment is non-refundable, except as required by local law. Lifetime accounts remain eligible for new feature releases.

Limitation of Liability

Beyond Today is provided “as-is.” We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or compromise the security of the platform. Users may delete their accounts at any time through the app settings.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
